About us
RIGHT TOOL, RIGHT IMPACT
RTRI Offroad is all about getting it right—it’s what inspired our name, after all.
What started with a best friend, a passion for vintage 4x4s, and a lot of late-night garage builds has grown into a full-service shop dedicated to custom vehicles, fabrication, and high-quality craftsmanship. While our roots run deep in classic builds and International Scouts, what we do today goes far beyond any one platform.
At RTRI Offroad, we specialize in turning ideas into fully realized builds. Whether you’re restoring a classic, upgrading performance, or creating a one-of-a-kind off-road machine, every project is approached with precision, durability, and attention to detail. From complete custom builds to one-off parts and expert mechanical work, we’re here for every stage of the process.
We believe no two builds should be the same. Your vehicle reflects your vision, and every part of it deserves to be built with purpose—not pulled off a shelf. That’s why you won’t find generic solutions or low-quality materials here. Cutting corners isn’t part of our process.
What you will find is a team that cares about doing things the right way—whether it’s a full custom build or a single component that needs to be just right.
Built right. Built for you. Built to last.

Owner
Nic Stewart
Nic is the founder of RTRI Offroad and a custom fabricator, automotive restorer, and entrepreneur with a passion for doing things the right way. After years of building his own one-of-a-kind vehicles, Nic saw a gap in quality parts and solutions—and set out to create them himself. What started as a personal pursuit has grown into a full-service shop focused on custom builds, fabrication, and precision craftsmanship. Nic brings experience, attention to detail, and a no-shortcuts approach to every project that comes through the shop.

Korbin Nelson
Korbin works alongside Nic at RTRI Offroad, bringing dedication and a strong work ethic to every project. He is currently attending Mountainland Technical College in Lehi, Utah, where he continues to build his skills in the trade. Outside the shop, Korbin enjoys motorcycling and staying hands-on with anything that has an engine.
